Time
This year’s Hammer Jam began on November 8 and will run for two weeks, similar to its previous incarnation that ran ahead of Town Hall 12 in 2018.
For the duration of the Hammer Jam event, all upgrade costs in the Home Village will reduce by 50% – this applies to building upgrades like Walls and Storage as well as hero, trap, and hero powerup upgrades. Furthermore, build time will also be cut in half, while production rate and storage capacity of resource collectors will increase threefold during this event!

Players will gain extra XP when attacking enemy bases while economy will also increase by 25% and Builder Base storage capacities will see an increase of 25%.
Supercell has used Hammer Jam as an event to test major updates to their game in the past; however, this year is yet to confirm if Town Hall 14 (rumored for April release) will arrive with this event.
If the rumors are accurate, this could mark the earliest arrival of Town Hall 14 since its introduction in 2022. Additionally, it’s likely that Studio W will introduce new heroes or spells, or add new buildings as part of this update. Either way, Hammer Jam’s return indicates that W is planning a significant update that raises level caps significantly while likely adding some sort of hero or spell too.

Furthermore, unlike other events, this one also gives them control of which upgrades to prioritize in their upgrades for added in-game rewards!
Supercell kicked off its event on November 27 and will run it until December 11, giving fans plenty of time to take advantage of all its advantages. Not only have costs been cut significantly, but production rates and storage capacities of all resource collectors will also increase substantially during this period, making building and upgrading structures in their home village much faster for players.
Players participating in this event can unlock special decorations and earn Magic Medals that can exchange for additional rewards. Supercell has long recognized the value of keeping their game fresh for their massive player base, and with Hammer Jam back this year for two weeks it gives players ample time to advance their bases before Town Hall 14 arrives on March 7.
Based on previous Hammer Jam events, we can expect the next major update for the game to arrive around April. While Supercell hasn’t confirmed it will include the new Town Hall level, it seems likely.

They can earn extra gold and elixir by raiding villages during this event period as well as extra in-game rewards when upgrading defences, walls or heroes. Finally, for 200 League Medals they can purchase a Builder Potion which will instantly accelerate building or upgrading times by an hour!
While the benefits of the Hammer Jam event are clear, it is essential to remember that discounts only apply to upgrades in your Home Village – this means the cost of upgrading buildings in Laboratories, Workshops and Barracks remains unchanged during this event. Therefore it’s advisable to save your league medals for upgrades with maximum impact during this event.
